These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PropelDeck apps (“apps”, “services”) available through the Wix App Market.
By installing or using any PropelDeck app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
PropelDeck builds apps that extend the functionality of Wix websites. These Terms apply to all users of our apps.
2. Use of our apps
You may use PropelDeck apps only in accordance with:
- These Terms
- Applicable laws and regulations
- The Wix Terms of Use
You agree not to:
- Use the apps for unlawful or harmful activities
- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the apps
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the apps
- Misuse APIs or access data beyond what is authorized
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.
3. Wix platform dependency
Our apps operate within the Wix platform and rely on Wix APIs and infrastructure.
We are not responsible for:
- Changes to Wix functionality or APIs
- Downtime or issues caused by Wix services
- Limitations imposed by the Wix platform
Your use of Wix is governed by their own terms and policies.
4. App functionality and updates
We continuously improve our apps and may:
- Add, modify, or remove features
- Fix bugs or improve performance
- Update integrations with Wix or third-party services
We aim to avoid disruption, but we do not guarantee that all features will remain unchanged.
5. Pricing and billing
Some PropelDeck apps may offer free and paid plans.
- Pricing is displayed clearly before purchase
- Free trials (if offered) are time-limited and may include full access
- Payments and billing are handled through Wix
We do not directly process payments or store billing details.
6. Data and privacy
Your use of our apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We only access and process data necessary to provide app functionality, in accordance with Wix’s platform policies.
7. Intellectual property
All PropelDeck apps, including their design, code, and content, are our property or licensed to us.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the apps
- Use our branding without permission
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee that:
- The apps will be error-free or uninterrupted
- All features will meet your specific requirements
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropelDeck will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Issues arising from Wix platform limitations or outages
Your use of the apps is at your own risk.
10. Termination
You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them from your Wix site.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- There is misuse or abuse of the service
Upon uninstall, access to your data via our apps is revoked in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are significant, we will provide notice through the app or appropriate channels.
Continued use of the apps after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
